In UPSC their are two stages that you need to clear- preliminary exam and main exam. The minimum requirement is graduation from a recognized university and the eligibility age is from 21-30yrs. For your preparation I would suggest you to first complete your 12th and then complete your graduation as only then you will be eligible. Once you are a graduate join a good coaching center so that you have the relevant study material to start your preparation.
