B.E course is 4 year full time and part time degree course given by all engineering colleges.Fees of B.E Course is normally 50000/- to lakh per year.Still it could be vary from Private and Government Colleges.
B.E Course Structure
• The Structure of B.E Course divided by 8 semesters.
• Each having 6 month duration for semester where you will go through the syllabus by class teaching, assignments writing.
• At the end of each semester you will have a exam to get qualified for next semester.
• There might be extension for students who not able to pass the semester in time.

As per you query you can go forward to Google and search for the sample paper, But almost whatever questions are asked here are very simple and general.
But why do you need to prepare yourself on creativity just need to have strong observation skills.In any case I just do not feel that any one person or and sample paper can make anyone creative, Creativity is inbuilt and an institute can just enhance you on it that's it. For animation and VFX if you have observation skills and zeal to enhance your skills drawing can be learnt, it just that you should not be very good in sketching but you should be able to put your ideas on paper.
