Well there is a lot scope in all these fields but I would suggest CA has better scope till know related to vast applicability of audit norms.
CA is a bit difficult than these courses but again difficulty depends upon individual perception. All these courses are easy if done with 100% focus and dedication.
CA and CWA is more on practical side but CS is more towards law and theory portion.
