As per your query it seems that you wish to pursue undergraduate degree from US, so regarding this please remember universities in US do offers scholarships to international students to pursue their studies.
However please remember scholarships are competitive and awarded to the most deserving students.

Please let us know in detail what are you doing presently for better advice, however please remember if you are working and have 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation and do not wish to leave your job in that case pursuing part time MBA would be the best option for you.
By pursuing part time MBA you may easily maintain balance between your job and studies.
Whereas if you are a fresh graduate then pursuing full time MBA or PGDM program would be the best option for you.
However please remember students with work experience will get competitive advantage over other candidates with no work experience during admission in full time MBA or PGDM program.
Whereas work experience is a mandatory eligibility criteria to pursue part time MBA program.
So based on the above mentioned parameters you may decide whether to pursue part time or full time MBA program.
