Hi,
Yes you may surely pursue a graduate degree, as per your profile you may first consider pursuing BPP program from IGNOU.
This Programme is offered by the University to those students who wish to do Bachelors Degree of IGNOU but do not have the essential qualification of having passed 10+2.

Hi,
If you got the initial shortlist, then start with academics first. Prepare one or two subject in which you are comfortable. Apart from this regularly read newspaper and be updated with all the current happening. Also have little knowledge about your schools, college and the company you interned or worked with. If you are a work ex, then know about the project and work you have done. Prepare HR question about yourself, interest, weakness and strengths , leadership skills etc.

The basic qualifying exam for doing an MBA outside India (US, Europe, Australasia) is the GMAT (Graduate Management Aptitude Test) conducted in centers across India.
After you get your GMAT results, you need to apply for admission to specific institutes. There is normally no GD or Personal Interview process (like in India) - however, different institutes have different processes and criteria for admitting students.
You need to have a bachelor's degree (3-year course) or equivalent with minimum 50% & above marks in any discipline recognised by any Indian University / AICTE as eligible for post-graduate studies.
