Generally in India the transfer system is not very popular so to get a direct entry in second year would be difficult, but as every university has different rules and regulations regarding admission and transfers, I would suggest that you should directly get in touch with the University to check if they accept you in the 2nd year and ask for the admission procedure as well.

Verbal Ability:
Start reading a newspaper daily to increase your reading speed and grasping power. Don't miss out the editorial page. Do a proper analysis of articles on the editorial page. Try to make a summary of articles that you read para by para. But reading a newspaper won't be sufficient. Start solving RCs on a regular basis with proper analysis.

No, so far NSB has not been providing dual specializations like a marketing and finance combo.
NSB does provide a dual degree, which is an MBA+PGPM.
On one hand, the Degree certificate from a UGC recognized university allows you to either pursue higher education (including doctoral studies) or take up jobs in public sector and semi-government organizations.
On the other hand, the industry endorsed, autonomous PGPM Certificate from National School of Business results in higher employability. These courses are identified and delivered in association with recognized industry bodies.
