Hi Tarun,
You will require IELTS, and if the university requires a German language proficiency score, you will need to take a German language test too. But, nowadays most Masters are taught in English itself. Your admission chance looks dicey, your percentile is good, but not too good for German universities, so you will face stiff competition. You will require some excellent projects, awards, internship, international experience is recommended, publications etc. LOR and SOP will also be evaluated. For a university list you can visit DAAD website or DAAD India website.

Hello,
It is quite tough to predict your chances of getting your visa approved. I would suggest you to re-take the IELTS examination, since you have given it earlier, it would be easier for you this time, just practice as much as you can. Try to get 6 band in each section, since it's minimal requirement for getting Canada's student visa. If you had chosen British Council before, choose IDP this time, since it's better for IELTS conduct. Since you have a great work experience, it adds weight to your profile.

Four years of gap is not an issue in pursuing M.Com. You can do the M.Com course from distance mode also from IGNOU or other open universities. The eligibility criteria of IGNOU is Graduates in any discipline or equivalence from a recognised university. The course fee is about Rs. 11000/ and the course duration is from 2 to 5 years. If you are interested in M.Com full time than it is advisable here that M.Com as a degree has now gone redundant and the industry no more is valuing it. You can do it just for being a Masters degree holder. Jobs just on the basis of M.Com will be rare or if there are on low level/clerical/data entry etc. So

Yes, there is a step marking in UPTU semester exams in all subjects. Don't worry about marks they will gave you more than you expected. But, be aware because sometimes the students get less marks than they expected this is due to some error in online checking system, if this occurs in your case then please apply for rechecking of answer sheets. If you have any query please feel free to ask.
