You will require IELTS, and if the university requires a German language proficiency score, you will need to take a German language test too. But, nowadays most Masters are taught in English itself. Your admission chance looks dicey, your percentile is good, but not too good for German universities, so you will face stiff competition. You will require some excellent projects, awards, internship, international experience is recommended, publications etc. LOR and SOP will also be evaluated. For a university list you can visit DAAD website or DAAD India website.

It is quite tough to predict your chances of getting your visa approved. I would suggest you to re-take the IELTS examination, since you have given it earlier, it would be easier for you this time, just practice as much as you can. Try to get 6 band in each section, since it's minimal requirement for getting Canada's student visa. If you had chosen British Council before, choose IDP this time, since it's better for IELTS conduct. Since you have a great work experience, it adds weight to your profile.
