Anna University evaluates the TANCET score by allocating one mark for every correct answer. There is a penalty of 1/4 marks for each incorrect response.

After TANCET results, candidates who clear the entrance exam will appear for counselling based on their scores. The counselling registration usually starts in mid-July. A rank list will be published after the registration process for allocating seats.

No, candidates are not allowed to change the allotted exam centre after issuance of admit card. Anna University allocates the test centre based on the preferred city selected during registration.

The TANCET exam runs for two hours. The MCA course exam is conducted from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon. The MBA course exam takes place in the afternoon session from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM on the same day.

TANCET admit card is release 10-12 days before the exam date. With TANCET 2026 scheduled for May 9, candidates can expect TANCET hall ticket to release in the last week of April.

The CG BSc Nursing exam is conducted for 100 marks. The question paper has 5 sections. Each section carries 20 questions. For every correct answer, 1 mark is awarded.
