Hi, I am little afraid of your age of 34 years. As speaking to number of Canadian Universities and Colleges, I think 35 years is last age they consider for admission. I feel you should check for other options first like Work Permit or Immigration and if you are eligible for same, process for same otherwise try with students visa but as it seems admissions as well visa would be difficult to obtain. If you are interested in Journalism, then I think you should go for it. Journalism as a career is very challenging and requires a lot of hard work and patience. The main objective of a journalist is to give relevant news and educate the mass population about what all is happening around them. To become a good journalist you need to have a good command over English, Hindi and your regional language. Apart from good communication skills, you also have to be a good listener and an interpreter, so that you are able to convey exactly what is important for the people and how will it effect them. IF you want you can go for a certification course in Journalism or the other best option can be PG in Journalism.
