Hi Abhimanyu, I dont think its a good idea to go to Singapore for medicine as the course is immensely expensive and has high entry requirements. Its a 5 yr course and would cost you 40.5 lakhs per annum. The only medical college in Singapore is Yong LooLin (National University of Singapore) that offers MBBS. If you are just trying SAP as a start of IT Career then it's little difficult. However if you are not very sure about SAP then I can propose you better career opportunities which you can compare with SAP course, career, growth, future, security and importantly job availability for fresher?
