That is a very good idea but you must be choosy as there are thousands of 'training companies' mushrooming everywhere and anybody can speak well are claiming to be 'trainers' most of whom lack of exposure and real life experience. Institutions keep on organizing MDP (management development program) also hardly add value as most 'trainers' are either old and outdated or lack of exposure and real life experience. You must select some sessions which are conducted by reputed practicing managers of senior level from reputed Indian or foreign multinationals but most importantly you need a good Mentor, Guide who can help you to develop right attitude followed by imparting employability skills to support your BE degree in ME otherwise there will be several lakhs pass out every year with similar degrees and few are successful in their career.
