You are advised to appear for Indian Forest Services Examination conducted by UPSC to become a Class I forest officer in central government. Eligibilty criteria to appear for Indian Forest Services Examination is as follows: " A Bachelor's degree with at least one of the subjects namely, animal husbandry & veterinary science, botany, chemistry, geology, mathematics, physics, statistics, and zoology or a Bachelor's degree in agriculture or forestry or engineering of a recognized university or equivalent." Recruitment for posts below officer rank is done by Department of forest directly by advertising the posts in leading newspapers.

You can't do a post graduation from C-DAC with a 3 year B.Sc under graduation. You can directly inquire with them if they would let you in based on your performance. They need a 4 year under graduation qualification.
Check the brochure and advertisement for eligibility criteria. CDAC is very responsive in answering queries from prospective students.
However, if you have a four year degree, you can opt for DAC, DITISS, DSSD, DiWIMC

Being from an engineering background, Operations/IT/Systems would be more suitable options for you. IIM-Indore offers integrated MBA course. First 3 years are undergraduate and last 2 years are for the postgraduate programme. The selection process includes an entrance exam followed by the personal interview.

You can apply with 76 percentile in CMAT but I did not get what you mean by aggregate percentile. You get only one percentile for CMAT.
