You can't do a post graduation from C-DAC with a 3 year B.Sc under graduation. You can directly inquire with them if they would let you in based on your performance. They need a 4 year under graduation qualification.
Check the brochure and advertisement for eligibility criteria. CDAC is very responsive in answering queries from prospective students.
However, if you have a four year degree, you can opt for DAC, DITISS, DSSD, DiWIMC
