It will be very good if he changes his board from ICSE to CBSE. As after class 12th, there are important entrance examinations which are based on CBSE board and he may not face problems as other ICSE students face. He can take PCM with computer or PCB which decides his career. Pressure after class 10th increases thrice. So, he must concentrate fully on his studies as I have faced the same problem.

Yes, it is definitely worth it. PGDM course has different streams and it includes a 15 days MGO internship and 5 months summer internship. Average package is around Rs 6 lakhs. Just keep performing well and getting the right kind of exposure by taking part in a lot of events.

It depends on the particular subject and your field of interest. If you're interested in numbers and have and want to work in the BFSI field, finance would be a better option.
Although the scope of marketing has broadened a lot, every company needs to market itself.
You can also eliminate specialisations which you don't like. Also, enough exposure is provided in the business schools.
