It's very nice to see that even though you are in class 10th, you have started thinking about JEE Mains and Advanced. Any exam seems quite tough at first glance but as one prepares for it, it becomes simpler and simpler. As per the news article in newspapers, from 2018 onwards there will be only on pan India test conducted by newly created "National Testing Agency". However, be it this or JEE Mains, I feel pattern will be same. My advice is: Study all subjects everyday, assign some time for exercise, some time for Pranayam and some time for entertainment. Study with intention of learning and you will achieve success.
