Hi Abinesh!
Yes if you have interest in chartered accountancy, then you can go for it after finishing your Engineering. You should fulfill the following conditions to apply for CA:
*You must have completed the 4 years Engineering Course from any recognised college/university.
*You must have a minimum of 60% marks in your Engineering.
*You do not have any pending backlogs. If you fulfill the above mentioned then you can go for CA Course without giving the CPT.

For ME entrance exam preparation, you need not to study anything different. If you are preparing for GATE then that would suffice for BITS Higher Degree Entrance Examination. Just be thorough with the syllabus and practice mocks for becoming comfortable in Computer Based Test. All the best.
