For being private candidate from State Education Councils , intermediate councils or NIOS you have to have 2yrs invested. You can take up BPP from IGNOU as described below, there are some more suggestions which helped many students in your case as I have seen in my career as Higher Sec. Teacher.
Request for showing your answer scripts and get it checked by a stand by teacher as your guardian. If you are being failed for NOT FOR ENOUGH mistakes then you can legally proceed for claiming passing certificate, T.C or Promotion to 12th std.
But if you have failed really for poor performance then you should improve yourself and sit for a retest

No graduate program can be of 1 or 2 years durations if you are talking about the graduate degree in sciences. You should go for the 3 years duration program in sciences. Have a B Sc course from any of the state open universities or IGNOU.REGARDS/
