According to pattern of JEEMAIN they take 60% weightage of your jee marks and 40% of 12th marks. Students who have less marks in JEEMAIN and have top positions in their boards their rank in JEEMAIN automatically increased.I give you a example of JEE-MAIN 2013 one of my friend scored 93% marks and 62 marks in JEEMAIN in first attempt his AIR is 50000 and state GEN rank is 5235. I advised you to first clear your basic concepts and try to score more in 10+2 because( few reputed private engineering institutes offer 70%-80% scholarship on your 10+2 marks) after that take a coaching and try to score minimum 150-180 and you will def
