Well salaries depend on what talent you have. A very creative person would be better off in Animation, a Techie better off in VFX and a marketing type person better off in Digital Media. If you're creative, you can always consider going for Design and Animation. This is a field where nobody cares for your qualification, they only see if you can do quality work. A good mentor and wise selection of courses with a good school, followed by diligent learning, would get you a head start in your career. However, you must check your suitability for this field. Animation is an art form and a very demanding career. It has ample opportunities for the creatively talented people. Opportunities lie in UI Design, Graphic Design, Storyboarding, Animation Design, Game Design, 3D Modelling, Texturing and Lighting, Dynamics and VFX and of course animation (2D and 3D). Of course at the top of the pile lies Concept Designing - these people are required by Event Companies, Animation Studios, VFX Studios, and of course Game Studios. However, choosing between these must be done after seeing your performance in each of these. So going for a generic course covering all or most of these would be the best way to get started in these careers. I understand that you are looking for career options after graduation. If you can also do a post graduation, there is nothing like an MBA to open up growth and earnings avenues. However, this can also be done after working for a few years after graduation.

BMM:
Completing a Bachelor of Mass Media (BMM) course is said to have scope in various fields. These include television & films, journalism, public relations, event management, Radio, Newspaper & advertising. The problem is getting a good job! Internships are offered, say with a magazine or an advertising firm, but these may not translate into actual jobs. What would be required is a further course, namely a Master's Program.

BMS:

Teachers having B.Ed Degrees or other teacher training certificates after graduation are called Trained Graduate Teachers (TGTs) and these teachers are eligible to teach in junior classes in school, teachers having a teacher training certificate after post graduation are called postgraduate trained teachers (PGTs) and they are eligible to teach senior classes in school. TGT or Trained Graduate Teachers should have a Bachelors Degree or equivalent from a recognized University with 50% marks or above in aggregate as well as in the concerned subject for recruitment and B.Ed. or equivalent qualification from a recognized University. Post Graduate Teacher requires Masters Degree from a recognized university with at least 50% marks in aggregate in the concerned or related subjects and B.Ed. or equivalent qualification from a recognized University. Their salaries vary with the qualification and experience levels.The minimum qualification of an assistant professor is a PhD.
