The admissions for all the courses at Bombay College of pharmacy are done on merit basis. You can try for this.

Most engineering colleges have closed the admissions, I think its too late to apply for it. If you are willing to apply for the universities in Electrical engineering, apply in private colleges where you can enter through NRI quota, if there are any empty slots left, Hope you get a seat in a good university.
