The answer to this question, which i am writing may not be the best but will help u a lot.
For answering these type of question start the answer from 10th qualification and add your co-curricular activity, your social appreciative work, achievements(in competition, other recognitions) then go for +2 and add above thing as applicable then next you graduation and so on up to the last qualification.
if you don't have any extra activity/ prizes the tell them about your positive side which will be helpful for company as well as you.
please be dramatic and narrative and don't stop until they say.
