As I mentioned earlier, the fees for a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree can vary depending on various factors such as the university or college, location, and whether you are an international or domestic student.
In India, for example, the fees for a B.Com degree can range from around Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 1 lakh per year, depending on the institution. In the United States, the fees for a B.Com degree can range from a few thousand dollars to tens of thousands of dollars per year, depending on whether the institution is public or private, and whether you are an in-state or out-of-state student.

Hi,
1)
Selecting an institute is purely and entirely your decision. It would be tough to state an institute as the best as every institute has it's own plus and minus points.
While selecting, you need to check the chief point that is recognition. Other than this, you also need to check year of establishment, batch size, syllabus, faculty, fees, placements etc.
Be careful while selecting an institute as merely getting a degree is not enough for this competitive world.
2)

Hi,
Both are lucrative fields.
CCNA focuses on the networking while Linux focuses on system. The CCNA has switches, routers etc. on which we make the system robust in networking.
Linux however has vast area to cover. Starting from the file administration to User access control is present. The Linux system is stable because of its code written from scratch. Also the web administration like web, ftp, mail etc. falls under the RHCE.
The general concept is CCNA is specialist while RHCE is professional. If you are going for networking it is CCNA and the system administration it is RHCE.
