You can go for B.A (H) in German Language under Department of Germanic and Romance Studies, University of Delhi.
Eligibility for the same is minimum 50% in class XII. Also you'll have to sit for a language aptitude test. For more details, you may visit the link below:-

Before starting career in software industry i would like to ask u r u very much confidant on any of the programming language. Can u independently handle any language? If ur ans comes yes then only think for software development line or testing line. Every line is good only depends upon u how much depth knowledge u have.
