Dear Laxmi you have not mentioned which test you gave, which cut off is this. So in absence of that it is difficult to tell whether you can do MBBS or not.
But other than MBBS there are many other options also like you can do BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BVMS, etc.
Other than this there are other good courses that are offering very good career options like Physiotherapy, Occupational therapy, Vocational therapy etc. So, you can check details for them too.

As per the 2013-2014 AICTE guidelines, students who have obtained a B.Sc. degree with at least 45 per cent marks and who have passed class 12 with mathematics as a subject are eligible. I am looking around for graduate programs to plan my Master's / PhD. My interest is space research, and I'm still getting my bearings in it. I'm thinking exoplanetary research is really interesting, but so is radio astronomy and/or instrument design.
What I noticed, however, is that schools offer two types of degrees in general: Astronomy and Astrophysics.
