There are chances you can get the admission , as last year cut off was approx 81 percentile.
And yes, there's no fixed package, the average package is 4.5 lacs and above.

CLAT is having a multiple choice question based format and the test is conducted for 200 marks with five sections. They will calculate the marks based on your aptitude and verbal skills and the most important thing is that there is a negative marking for each wrong answer. The test will be conducted in two hours period.

Depends on the country in which you wish to pursue Master's.
In Germany, education is free. There is no fees
In Canada, its approximately 15-25 lakhs (except living expenses)
In US, its approximately 20-40 lakhs (only tuition fees)

I would like to suggest you to go for generalized degree in mechanical rather than going for some specialized one. It will be useful to have a generalized degree which can help you in multiple sectors. Also go for a university which has a good placement record.
