Hi Fysal,
Any Indian student who wants to study MBBS abroad, and wants to practice in India after completing their course has to obtain at least qualifying marks in NEET exam, apply for eligibility certificate before leaving abroad so that you get approval of MCI. Any Indian student after appearing for 12th board exams can appear for NEET exam. This year NEET exam was held on 6th May. If you go to Russia without qualifying at NEET exam you will not be eligible to study MBBS abroad as per MCI norms. Also ensure you choose a good university in Russia which is listed with MCI and has experience in teaching foreign students in English.

You will get mechanical branch in VIT, Vellore but in second or third category (i. e. you have to pay more for that desired branch). Let me explain you the admission system here. Rank in VIT to get admission should be 90,000, so you can get admission in VIT from the 6th category as well. There are various categories as well. With each category admission, fees go high.
