It is possible in only Calcutta University or in university affiliated colleges. Hence ask the Calcutta University regarding this because you can not complete 3rd year of B.Sc from other universities.

So classes as per UGC guidelines will start from September. Wait for portal to open. HiThe minimum percentage needed is 50% until you belong to any class which would have a relaxation of 5 %. I would suggest you browse the website of the college to check the eligibility for M.Com.
