No. Candidates were not able to access the VITEEE 2023 admit card offline. The authorities did not send the VITEEE 2023 hall ticket to the candidates through any offline mode I. e. , post or in person. Candidates were required to complete the slot booking process and download the generated admit card. In case the candidates were not able to access their admit card or download it, then they were advised to immediately contact the authorities. Since the admit card is an important document, the candidates should have had it printed out and ready before the examination.
