It depend upon your area of interest as well as strength in a particular field. If you have interest in engineering as you like bikes/cars/machines etc then you opt engineering.Otherwise if you have interest in medical then go for CPMT. One another thing will also matter that is financial position of your family. As engineering degree required less investment as compare to medical degree.So you decide first.

In order to pursue masters degree from universities in Canada you need to take below mentioned testes:
1.GRE.
2. TOEFL or IELTS.
Every university has its own course specific fee structure, in order to know the exact fee structure it would be always advisable to browse through the university's website you wish to apply.
Overall,average fees at Canadian universities is around CA$ 20,000 per year,and average living expenses are about CA$ 10,000 per year, the tuition fee and living expenses might be more or less depending on the university and location.
