To join any interior design course you must be atleast plus two. Admission will be on the basis of the score in the institute's entrance exam and interview thereafter. You may choose and join the course based on your interest and aptitude.

I think that you might not be able to get in govt. colleges through AIEEE. You should have scored 60% or above. You should go for some private colleges. But still nothing is predictable

Selecting a particular university depends on your personal preference, however you may consider some of the below mentioned points while pursuing studies abroad.
- The reputation of the program you wish to pursue.
- Experience and background of the faculty.
- Teaching methodology.
- Seminars/workshops organized by the university.
