Try finding a university following BIS. You can appear for all 3 years exam at one go. Docheck their UGC certifications. These kinda degrees are valid for govt jobs too. All the best. :')

As far as competitive exams are concerned, the have a 50 % criteria in 12th. Anyways, with every recruitment ad, you will see all that is required.
