Yeah u can opt for other diploma but in which year u get admission is depend on field of ur previous diploma.U did diploma in IT so if u want to do CS then u wil get admission in 3rd year.But if u want to do diploma in electronics,EXTC,ETRX,Industrial electronix then uw il get admission in direct second year bcoz it fals in same group.But if u want to do other than this fields llike civil mechanical,travel nd tourism then u have to take admission in first year.Bcoz all this are different field from IT field.
