Vishal, B.Tech and B.Pharmacy are subjects of different kinds. For doing B.Tech you need to have PCM subjects in high schoool and for B.pharmacy you need to have PCB subjects. So you need to find out in which of them you are more comfortable. Next, the personal interest is of great importance. Money can be earned form a profession only if you have some inherent capability to carry out the job related to it. Again the kind of work you can do is very important. For example with B.pharmacy you can work in a pharmaceutical manufacturing company or in its Research wong. You can also open up a medical shop. You can go ahead and start your own formulation unit. In B.tech there are different branches. Some are more suited to jobs, asome are suited for business. So I think you need to be more expressive to really reach to a conclusion for making the selection. Both fields are good and I would say that if you are more practical oriented technically speaking then opt for B.tech.

My Answer will be, Definitely, you can do MBA course in correspondence along with your regular M.Com, but it depends upon you that whether you can manage both of the course or not. Regular M. Com will require more concentration and suggest you to choose MBA (Finance) which will require less concentration and effort in studying MBA. Studying M.Com will also play vital role to score more in MBA (Finance). Moreover, You should also consider exam dates because some times the exam dates may be familiar for both courses.
There are so many repute institutes are providing distance MBA course, please see below few of them but these are not limited. You can also explore few more depends on your interest.

Both the course you mentioned i.e. M.Tech and MBA are two different course and as per your profile you are eligible to pursue both these course.
If you wish to make your career in technical field then you may consider pursuing M.Tech whereas if you wish make your career in management field then you may opt for MBA.
However the best option for you would be to work for 2-3 years and then opt for further studies.
The advantage of this step would be:
- You will gain relevant work experience.
- After working you will know which course to pursue that can further enhance your career prospects.
- If you are interested in pursuing MBA, then this work experience would help you to decide which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects.However as per your profile pursuing MBA in operations management would be the best option for you.
I would suggest that before opting for any course you must first decide in which field you wish to build your career and accordingly you can select the best course as per your interest and liking.
As a student you should give your 100% in whichever course you opt for, and if you do well then getting a good job with handsome salary should not be a problem.
