There are good opportunities in this field. But it will only be possible to grab opportunities when you also do MCA after BCA. Alone BCA will not work so much for you.
Therefore, try to do MCA along with BCA.
All the best.!!!

Guru gobind singh indraprastha university is a university under the Delhi government. It's a good university with accreditation from bodies like NAAC. there are ample opportunities provided by the university to it's students. But If you take admission in affiliated colleges of IP university, it's more about the college than the university. The campus colleges that is the university schools of studies are very nice with many facilities in the campus. But for the affiliated colleges it depends on the college.

Hi
The total cost of living for two years will be around Rs 2.4lakhs for hostel which includes food, accommodation and transportation from college to Hostel and hostel to college. Apart from this it is upto you how much you spend on your laundry, eating food outside in restaurants, traveling somewhere, etc. I think it's different for each and every one of us so I can only provide you with approximate figure of 1.2lakh assuming Rs.5000 every Month for about 12months.
