Dilip, more or less maths is going to be part of all the branches but in B.Tech Biotech/ Food Processing it is going to be comparatively less. So, go for them. Also these days, both the branches are having great scope.

As per going with current trends and the upcoming future, CSE branch will continue to flourish than any other branches. CSE branch has relatively high placement opportunities which turns to high salary packages relatively to other branches. But there isn't any scope of CSE in government sector. For government sector jobs, ECE should be preferred over CSE any day.

Amar go for your degree. After diploma you will get admission in 2nd year.of B.Tech also called lateral entry.
For lateral entry, you have to appear for Lateral Entry Engineering Test (LEET). You must have min.of 60% marks in diploma to appear for LEET.
If you have not given LEET, then opt for good private universities. They offer world class environment to students along with good placements. Some even offer good scholarships to students. Check their websites.

Varun, with this JEE score chances of you getting a good college are very less. But yes with your 12th marks you can try for admission in any of the private universities in and outside Delhi. They offer you admission on JEE scores/ tests conducted by them/ your marks in 12th. Some of these also offer good scholarships based on any one of the above mentioned admission criteria. Good luck.

Aman, PCM students commonly opt for B.Tech, B.Arch etc. For which admissions are based on JEE scores/ tests conducted by them/ your marks in 12th.
If you don't want to go for B.Tech/ B.Arch then other options are BBA, BCA, B.Com, Hotel Management, BJMC, B.Design, Fashion designing, Interior designing, Animation multimedia etc.
Look for some good universities which will provide you good placements too. There are many good universities that provide a wide range of courses to choose from along with good placements.
Most of them have world class infrastructure and highly qualified faculty.
