Best differs from people to people. My view after looking at various curriculum is that CBSE stresses a lot on the terms of our entrance exams in India. Cambridge is good to study depth of subject, it is difficult as it is research based. It gives you good start towards UK higher education.

In my opinion there is no difference. its only a marketing terminology. Sometimes in order to justify the fees that the institutes charge, they divide their own course as basic and advance course. while considering admission you have to look at the following points
1. Faculty
2. syllabus
3.Library facility
4. placement record and
5. Practical training
ALL THE BEST!
