First of all, Becoming a CEO of a company is not a one day affair. It requires experience and that can be gained with time. Secondly, MBA course doesn't come with the guarantee that it will make you confident. That depends upon how much you deduce out of it. (Exactly like not everyone who pursues MBA becomes CEO).
Understand your interest area, realize your capability, know what you want from your job, and calculate how much dedication you can give to it.

In order to appear for Judicial Services Examination minimum education qualification criteria is LLB degree. It does not matter what is your first degree. You can choose between BA and BBA as per your personal choice and preference.
