Placement Status.
The placement status of most of the private colleges in Dehradun is more or less the same. Secondly, being in the field of law, 90% of the placement depends upon the individual itself, because the employers are hiring you on your skills, not on the college.
So, the placement stats remain the same for both the colleges.
As far as Extra-Curricular Activities are concerned, both the colleges organize a number of events during an academic year.
Looking at the given data, if one would consider the education he is to receive as an investment, then ICFAI Dehradun will have an edge over IMS Unison, because you are technically getting the same placements at both the colleges, but, at ICFAI, you get the same placement but after spending a considerably less amount.
So yeah, ICFAI Dehradun will be a better bet.

Choosing a university is a big decision and a very difficult task, as our career depends upon that. Both the universities are doing equally good but I would rather choose LPU, not these. There are several reasons for the same. To commence with the curriculum, all the subjects you are going to study, their syllabus is designed keeping in mind the industry demands and the syllabus is vetted by company officials. Different specializations are offered to students depending upon the stream they want to opt for. For example- In CSE, they offer cybersecurity, IoT, data Science, machine learning, and many more. Moreover, they give you the option for pathway elective that whether you want to be in the corporate sector, higher studies, Government Job, or entrepreneur. In addition to it, the classes you have to attend regularly. They did not compromise with the academics of the students. If any faculty is on leave, the classes are either adjusted or makeup lectures are planned. The University also provides the option of credit transfer and international exposure to its students. If I talk about the placements, the preparation for placements starts from the very first year. Many top recruiters visit the LPU campus to employ graduates, such as Amazon, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Capgemini, Bosch, TCS, and several other firms. Recently, a girl got placed at a package of 42 LPA. Moreover, Amazon recruited LPU students with 30 LPA. More than 700 companies visit LPU every year for recruitment with an average package of 6-10 LPA. Every year visiting companies escalate in number and till date University has recorded the highest placements in North India. So, you should choose LPU for pursuing B.Tech (CSE). Thanks.
