Your course may be MD physician but there is MBBS in foreign countries as well. Check your university first.

If your rank was less than 2000 in your category, then you might have got admission in some NITs. Now with this rank it's not possible for you to get admission in any of the NITs. The MCI would require that you are registered with it so that it can certify that you meet its requirements and standards to practice in India. I do not think it is necessary to attach the foreign education but it would certainly help in marketing. You should but check the express guidelines by MCI on this subject to avoid any legal consequences.
