Courses are related in some way but they are different in their level of studies. Integrated M.Sc is different from this and it is a course that can be done after 12th. There are a number of universities and colleges that offer M.Sc as well as integrated M.Sc in India.

After 12th, you can go for military, Railway, SSC, and many more small level jobs. You should apply for jobs after graduation, as there will be more options and greater posts, similar to that of officers. To apply for jobs you have to check the official websites of different authorities.

I think, to become a cardiologist you need to have done MBBS and doing B.Sc Cardiovascular Technology. I think, you can go for Masters and then Research and then PST, so that I will become a doctor but that will be Research and not the cardiologist thing that you are asking for because you need to have done MBBS as far as I know.
