The B.Tech and M.Tech programs are the main offerings of IIIT Pune. Courses in Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics, and Communication Engineering are available at the B.Tech and M.Tech levels. The final results would be prepared by giving weightage to the SEED 2026 exam and the PRPI.

BBAU Lucknow offers BTech courses in five specialisations, which are CSE, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication, and Mechanical Engineering. It is a UG-level course, and the selection criteria for the course is through the entrance exam CUET. It is a four-year course spread over eight semesters. The total fee structure of course is around INR 4.4 L. The semester fee for the BTech course will be around INR 50K.
