Thanks for your interest shown in management.Yes, as per the directives from Supreme Court of India, any student aspiring for a management course needs to appear for any one of the various tests like( CAT /MAT/ CMAT/ ATMA/XAT/ JMAT. However, if you wish ,there is one last opportunity to appear for ATMA which is conducting entrance test on 21st July 2013.The registration is available till 17th July 2013.Then,Association of Management MBA/MMS Institutes is conducting AMMI CET on 28th July 2013.You may register with either or both and avail of the opportunity.

Company Secretary have very good scope in India only, if your looking for job in Abroad, I suggest you to do Certified Management Accountant [CMA] from Institute of Management Accountant [IMA] USA, CMA have only 2 papers alone to be cleared and its valid through out the world. Good Luck

If you don't get a good college under IPU then you can try for admission in private universities like Lovely Professional University, Manavrachna, Galgotia etc. Most of them offer direct admission on the basis of your marks in 12th.
