Hi hardik,
you can choose thermal engineering in 4th sem of m.tech in mechanical , there are approx 4 specialization in 4th sem you have to choose, one of them , thermal engineering is one of them .

So you need to first decide in which field you wish to build your career i.e if you wish to build your career in computer field, then you may pursue MCA, whereas if you are interested in management then you may pursue MBA.
