I doubt that you will get NIT as we have in total 40 IITs, IIITs and NITs in India. If they are have 60 seats in a branch and each of them are have 7 branches each than it will be a total of 16800 seats. These also include your reserved/ category seats, thus reducing your chances more.
You can try for admission in reputed universities like Amity, SMU, LPU etc as they take into consideration both your marks in 12th as well as JEE.
