Hi Hari.Mechanical engineering a big field with large area of scope for working.
As a fresher its always best to pursue depending on your field of interest.
If you prefer design and you are well versed with softwares like AutoCad, Pro E, Catia etc.then it would best suited for you to join a design field.
And for better choice.you may as well try DRDO.
Well of course there are amny other field like Quality Control and Quality Assurance, Manufacturing and Production Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Marketing executive, and Thermal fields like power plant and other designs require PG in Thermal Engineering.
