Yes you can get NIT for but not in your state. You can hope of NIT Rourkela, Jamshedpur, Durgapur etc in 2nd round and spot round as NIT is on the basis of AIR.
Using your JEE rank you can also go for good private universities like GLA, LPU, SRM etc without csab counselling too in case you don't get a branch of your choice in NIT.
