Let's divide getting into Google goal in two smaller goals.
1. First you need to get shortlisted for their process. I mean there are thousands and lakhs of people who are getting good percentages in their engineering degrees. How can you separate yourself from this crowd. Either get your graduation/Masters done from a top internationally recognized institute, or you win some coding competition, or you are contributing heavily to any open source project. Mukesh don't go with which stream is better. Go with what you want do after studying B.Tech. You may take following considerations. If you like computer, want to build crazy application or something related to software go with Computer Science engineering. If you like playing with machines/motors or electricity go ahead with Mechanical engineering. Or Electrical engineering.
