Let's divide getting into Google goal in two smaller goals.
1. First you need to get shortlisted for their process. I mean there are thousands and lakhs of people who are getting good percentages in their engineering degrees. How can you separate yourself from this crowd. Either get your graduation/Masters done from a top internationally recognized institute, or you win some coding competition, or you are contributing heavily to any open source project. These will give edge to your profile from getting shortlisted.
2. Stage 2 is to crack the selection process. Develop yourself technically, verbally and analytically. Only a good, dynamic personality will get you through this round.

If you are looking for job prospect then after BCA you can work as a software developer, web developer, graphic Designer, App Developer for different platforms, system management, DBMS, Networking.
Various reputed companies like Wipro, Accenture, IBM, TCS, etc. recruits the BCA graduates who continue their higher studies in the field of Computer and software field.
You can also start your career as a junior programmer in various IT firms.
The budget for MCA can not be this less.

Mukesh don't go with which stream is better. Go with what you want do after studying B.Tech. You may take following considerations. If you like computer, want to build crazy application or something related to software go with Computer Science engineering. If you like playing with machines/motors or electricity go ahead with Mechanical engineering. Or Electrical engineering. If you are India, after studying Electronics and communication engineering most of the students gets job/work in IT companies. Only few percent gets chance in electronics companies. So I would suggest, better to study Computer Science engineering. If you want to sail through vast sea go with Marine engineering. If you have not decided what you want to do after B.Tech, sit for one or two days and decided what you want to do. If still confused, select any of the engineering mentioned in point # 1, 2 and 3 (Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics). Best of luck.
