Yes, you are eligible for UGC NET exam if you have done post-graduation in comparative literature. But make sure you can fulfill other requirements of the exam eligibility. If you belong to General category then you should have minimum 55% aggregate marks in Masters or 50% aggregate marks if you are from SC/ST/PwD/OBC category. You have to fulfill age criteria also I. e. your age must not more than 30 years (for General Male candidates). SC/ST/PwD/OBC/Women candidates get 5 year's age relaxation.

BE in CS is a better option. BCA only teaches you about computer software and applications, while BE in computer science teaches you both hardware as well as software. Hence, BE in CS has a better value in the market. Placement opportunities will also be better if you pursue BE in CS.

Hello Rahul,
The change of college is acceptable only if counselling is not over and you have paid fees in the college allotted to you in the first/second round as the case may be. Usually, no seats are vacant in any government college since fees are low. You may read rules of counselling in detail to know about this. After this window, its next to impossible to change the college.
