MBA placement records remain strong for Symbiosis Institute of Media and Communication, Pune. The highest package offered during SIMC Pune MBA Communication Management placements 2025 was INR 21 LPA. The average package was 8.44 LPA. The placement percentage in 2025 was 100%.

SIERRA is the annual management, sports, and cultural fest of IIM Sirmaur. Popular management colleges like SIBM Pune, IIM Ranchi, IMT Hyderabad, and NMIMS Mumbai, from all over the country come here to participate in various management and sports competitions. There are high prizes worth over 8 Lacs rupees for the winners. This fest has thirteen management competitions, six sports competitions, and at last, we have a cultural event. It is a very successful most awaited event where they were able to get 4500 registrations for their 2021 event, considering it was the time of covid

The main and the biggest technical event happening at IIM Sirmaur is SIERRA Management, Sports and Cultural fest. There are thirteen events in the technical field and prestigious institutions from all over the country participate in this competition. It is one of the most awaited events in the college and the number of participation goes over 4500. They also have prize worth over 8 Lacs rupees for the winners. This fest is scheduled in the month of February every year and is conducted for multiple days in the month.

IIM Sirmaur is a huge college with various fields of study. The institute has grown from 20 students in the year 2015 to 500 students in the year 2021. This is not the end, the numbers are rising every year and the institute is getting popular among students with each passing day. The college's results and the placement records are improving each year which is attracting others to get themselves into the institution. This growth of college has also helped students get better opportunities to learn.

IIM Sirmaur takes in students on the basis of their scores in exams like GMAT, GRE, CAT, GATE, JRF (NET), RAT (IIMB). After the exam results are announced a student can apply to the college via the college's official website before 31st March. A student will have to pay a non-refundable fee for the form of 1000 to 1500 rupees depending upon the field of study chosen by the student. After the student has filled the application form he will later get an e-mail regarding the further process of personal interview and admission.

To be eligible for the MBA at SIMC Pune, you must have a bachelor’s degree from any recognised Institution or University with a minimum of 50% aggregate and 45% for the reserved category like SC/ST. SNAP is the national level entrance examination and it is the most important factor for getting into SIMC, as it’s one of the selection process. In addition to the SNAP score, other factors that are considered in the admission process include your academic record, work experience, etc.

According to media reports, the the highest stipend offered to the MBA batch of 2023-25 during IIM Sirmaur summer placements stood at INR 2 lakh. Earlier, the the highest and average package offered during IIM Sirmaur placements 2023 for MBA stood at INR 64.12 LPA and INR 14.45 LPA, respectively.

Further, the placement rate recorded during IIM Sirmaur MBA placements 2023 was 100%. The placement rate recorded during IIM Sirmaur MBA Tourism placements 2023 was 100%.

IIM Srimaur is primarily famous for its course in MBA in Tourism and Hospitality Management. This is one of the key courses of the college. It is the strongest part of the college. Apart from that, college also provides many fancy facilities like recreational areas, sports complexes, music suites, advanced gym facilities and a yoga center are some of the other highlighting features of the college. IIM Sirmaur has its own campus hostels with all the facilities for the students. They have rooms on double sharing basis and have a washing machine and pantry setup on each floor of the hostel building. The college hostel fees would cost around 1.2 Lacs per year. The college is also building new hostels for students to meet full occupancy. Apart from that, there are many other P.G. and Hostels around the college with all the facilities like laundry, food, and clean drinking water that one can consider.
