Hi Ipsita. The admission process to gain entry for a course is simple. You would need to appear for IELTS exam (an English Language Proficiency test), along with that you would need to forward your academic documents to the college or university on the basis of which you will be accepted for a course. Both the streams (Pharmacy, Machines and Automation) you have mentioned are complete opposites.
2)
As per your interest in machines and automation you need to pursue Engineering degree/Diploma first with a strong base in Science and Mathematics. Then, you may go for M.E./M.Tech in Automobile engineering and opt for short/long term courses comprising of different levels such as designing, development or manufacturing with automotive. It depends on you where do you want to fit in.
As for the specific institutes in and around Hyderabad and course details, you may refer to the link mentioned below.

Although most principals will earn a Master's degree in an area such as educational leadership, there are schools that allow you to become a principal with a combination of any master's degree, the required teaching experience, along with passing the license/certification process.
So you can pick either. I would say that you can pick both- one regular while the other distance which will help you earn good experience and knowledge.
