Keeping your concern in mind I would suggest you to contact the officials of both the colleges for specific and updated knowledge regarding the transfer norms as transfer procedure and criteria differs from one college to another.

To become a Game Designer, you must get a good knowledge of 3D software as well as preproduction. NIEM has a very strong Placement Cell which has a huge network in the Event field. So yes there are placements through NIEM.
The details are :
DEM
All details on website www.niemindia.com or call 26282928 / 26716676. Eligibility is HSC appeared or passed. Fees are Rs. 56,530/-(fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances). You can pay by cheque/DD/cash. Cheque and DD in name of "NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF EVENT MANAGEMENT". Timings are 5 pm to 7 pm thrice a week. For any adjustments or other details, you can talk to us.
Admission form is attached, fill it and attach fees and send it to confirm admissions.
